Description

  • Own the full inbound sales cycle from initial inquiry through close across corporate gifting, events, and employee health and wellness opportunities.
  • Qualify customer needs and recommend the right Oura solution based on program goals, audience, budget, and timeline.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline while prioritizing competing deadlines and deal stages.
  • Create and deliver proposals, quotes, and pricing recommendations quickly and accurately.
  • Respond to customer questions about product, membership, fulfillment, and program logistics.
  • Partner with Operations, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure smooth deal execution.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity tracking, and forecasting.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Stay current on market trends in corporate gifting, events, and employee wellness.
  • Contribute to process improvements as the business scales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience with bundled hardware/software solutions and familiarity with corporate gifting, employee recognition, or wellness program procurement.
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced sales environments.
  • Full-cycle sales ownership from qualification through close.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize a large, active pipeline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, evolving environment.
