Description

  • Support end-to-end campaign lifecycles by translating marketing briefs into technical workflows and managing launch timelines.
  • Design, build, and launch multi-touch email and journey-based campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Build and monitor lead nurture, onboarding engagement, and retention campaigns.
  • Partner with Data and Operations teams to align data structures, feeds, and integrations with journey logic and audience segmentation.
  • Use SQL to pull target audiences, troubleshoot data issues, and support error-free campaign delivery.
  • QA campaign components before launch to ensure accurate execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance after launch and ensure campaigns perform as intended.
  • Maintain templates, content blocks, campaign development processes, documentation, and best-practice adoption within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience focused on marketing automation, marketing operations, or campaign execution.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience building complex workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience using HTML and AMPscript to build dynamic email templates.
  • 2+ years of experience using SQL to query databases, build data extensions, and troubleshoot audience or data issues.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Data Cloud for data harmonization and identity resolution.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is preferred.
  • Background in B2B Marketing is preferred.
  • Must reside in Atlanta, GA and be open to a fully remote role with possible future hybrid presence at the hub office.
  • Final offer amount may be based on relevant skills, education, and experience.
