Description

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Develop static graphics, carousel posts, Stories, Reels, and short-form video content.
  • Repurpose existing photography, video, and other assets into platform-specific content.
  • Write captions, calls to action, and platform-optimised copy.
  • Apply Instagram SEO practices, including keyword optimisation, hashtag research, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and support community growth.
  • Create and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional communications.
  • Build and maintain automated email sequences, workflows, and customer journeys.
  • Research and identify wedding vendors and industry partners, and conduct outreach through Instagram and other platforms.
  • Track outreach activity, prepare monthly performance reports, and support general marketing administration.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts professionally.
  • Strong content creation skills across multiple social platforms.
  • Experience creating Reels and short-form video content.
  • Understanding of social media growth and engagement strategies.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and automation workflows.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Experience in the wedding, events, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors is preferred.
  • Pinterest marketing experience is preferred.
  • Influencer or vendor outreach experience is preferred.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills are preferred.
