Description

  • Supervise associate recruiters and network specialists in their day-to-day work.
  • Drive local provider recruitment execution to meet development goals, cost targets, and adequacy metrics.
  • Coach and mentor team members on lead generation, sourcing, qualification, and negotiation.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of provider-facing marketing and communication materials.
  • Monitor recruitment workflows and policy adherence to improve team efficiency.
  • Collect recruitment data and prepare performance reports for leadership.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for complex provider contracting and participation inquiries.
  • Manage high-value provider accounts to support long-term relationships and network stability.
  • Act as the technical lead and super user for network development tools.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in provider network recruiting and contract negotiation.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably leading a primarily remote team.
  • 3+ years of experience in provider relations or network management.
  • Experience building and delivering presentations to diverse audiences and organizational levels.
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with lead generation and negotiation in a provider recruiting context.
  • Strong data capture and reporting discipline for compliance and expansion reporting.
  • Ability to work in a remote field-based role with up to 75% travel.
  • Must reside in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, or Texas.
