Description

  • Source and screen creative talent for roles across the Western time zone.
  • Manage and triage resource requests, ensuring timely and accurate resource allocation.
  • Screen freelance candidates and referrals for skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and discipline leads.
  • Negotiate freelance rates and contract terms.
  • Support onboarding for freelance talent.
  • Develop and implement resource-management processes and best practices.
  • Build and maintain creative talent pools across roles and markets.
  • Partner with on-site teams to support cultural fit and performance.
  • Provide service and guidance to internal and partner teams.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Studio Manager in an advertising or staffing agency.
  • At least 5 years of creative recruiting or sourcing experience.
  • Experience recruiting roles such as graphic or digital designer, account manager, art director, copywriter, and production artist.
  • Proven ability to attract hard-to-find talent in competitive markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the creative agency landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Adaptable, enthusiastic, confident, and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Professional English proficiency.
  • Advertising agency background required.
