Description

  • Source and screen creative talent for roles across the Western time zone.
  • Manage and triage resource requests, ensuring timely and accurate staffing allocation.
  • Screen freelance candidates and referrals for skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and discipline leads.
  • Negotiate freelance rates and contractual terms.
  • Support onboarding for freelance talent.
  • Develop and implement resource-management processes and best practices.
  • Build and maintain creative talent pools across roles and markets.
  • Partner with on-site teams to support cultural fit and performance.
  • Maintain data and records in proprietary systems and partner platforms.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Studio Manager in an advertising or staffing agency.
  • At least 5 years of creative-environment sourcing or recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting creative roles such as graphic or digital designers, account managers, art directors, copywriters, and production artists.
  • Proven ability to attract hard-to-find candidates in competitive markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the creative agency landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with employees and freelancers at all levels.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable, enthusiastic, confident, and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Based in Colombia and able to work remotely.
