Description

  • Develop, configure, and integrate solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and native Salesforce technologies.
  • Ensure solution quality, performance, and compliance with bank policies.
  • Participate actively in agile teams and contribute to business process optimization.
  • Design and support scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Implement and validate integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Perform technical leadership activities within development efforts.
  • Support functional and integration testing of Salesforce solutions.
  • Use UML to support technical design, documentation, and communication with technical and integration teams.
  • Collaborate with QA, business users, architects, and analysts on business flows and technical solutions.
  • Support controlled deployments and automated testing in CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience developing on Salesforce using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in integrations, performance optimization, testing, and technical leadership.
  • Engineering degree or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, Information and Communications Technologies (ICT), or related fields.
  • Equivalent proven experience may be considered in place of formal education.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) is highly recommended.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201), or Salesforce integration/architecture certifications are preferred.
  • Spanish is required.
  • Technical English is preferred for reading documentation and working with integrations.
  • Experience with Git, Salesforce CLI, and SFDX is required or strongly expected for development and CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP services, API consumption and exposure, and Postman is expected.
  • Knowledge of Visual Studio Code with Salesforce Extensions, Salesforce data model, SOQL/SOSL, JSON, Visualforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud is required or preferred.
  • Experience with UML class, sequence, and component diagrams is expected at a basic to intermediate level.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is expected.
  • Ability to work remotely from Mexico is required.
