Description

  • Support the design, build-out, and ongoing management of enterprise data and reporting infrastructure.
  • Define KPIs and performance measurement frameworks with functional leaders across commercial, supply, clinical, and other teams.
  • Lead end-to-end data collection, validation, analytics, and reporting processes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for field activity, onboarding, incentive compensation, ordering trends, and cross-functional KPIs.
  • Identify business trends and performance drivers and translate data into actionable leadership insights.
  • Lead HCP, patient, and payer primary market research from study design through synthesis and presentation.
  • Design study protocols, discussion guides, questionnaires, and vendor management plans for research projects.
  • Build and maintain a centralized research repository for reusable insights and institutional knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain a competitive intelligence monitoring framework across cell therapy and hematologic malignancy competitors.
  • Produce monthly CI briefings, ad hoc alerts, and strategic recommendations based on internal and external data.
  • Partner cross-functionally on forecasting, scenario modeling, business planning, and launch-readiness tracking.
  • Serve as the primary analytics and insights contact across Commercial, Supply, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Business Development.
  • Coordinate external vendors and data partners to improve quality, consistency, and cost efficiency.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to analytics workflows, reporting processes, and data visualization tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, data science, engineering, life sciences, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in commercial analytics, data/business intelligence, market research, or competitive intelligence in biopharma, finance, or consulting.
  • Experience building data infrastructure and reporting frameworks, including defining KPIs and managing data pipelines and field analytics.
  • High proficiency with Excel, SQL, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with CRM configuration tools such as Salesforce or Veeva, master data management, and ETL processes.
  • Experience designing and managing primary market research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Experience conducting competitive intelligence monitoring, synthesis, and executive-level briefings.
  • Experience with secondary data sources such as IQVIA, Symphony, specialty pharmacy, and medical/pharmacy claims.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences.
  • Vendor management experience with research agencies and data providers.
  • Advanced degree such as an MBA, MPH, MS, or PhD is preferred.
  • Experience in cell and gene therapy, hematology/oncology, transplant, or rare disease commercial environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the transplant center (ATC) ecosystem and BMT/cellular therapy dynamics is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and comfort working in a dynamic, launch-focused environment is preferred.
