Description

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Assist with client demos, working sessions, and workshops.
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge articles.
  • Contribute to projects and programs involving future concepts, products, and technologies.
  • Own the overall outcome of assigned projects and ensure development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in ServiceNow (minimum).
  • Business process experience on at least one ServiceNow suite and at least two process areas outside that suite.
  • Strong functional knowledge of at least one ServiceNow suite.
  • Ability to discuss business requirements for integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools.
  • Certified System Administrator preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong project awareness and situational awareness.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter mindset.
  • Ability to travel at least 25%.
