Description

  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with enterprise customers in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail.
  • Build pipeline from scratch in an early-stage environment and identify strategic enterprise accounts without an established playbook.
  • Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into clear business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Position Unframe as a buy-vs-build solution for companies evaluating how to adopt AI capabilities.
  • Develop multi-year expansion strategies and deepen relationships across IT, product, and innovation teams.
  • Collaborate directly with the VP of Sales and founders to refine enterprise strategy.
  • Influence the product roadmap based on customer needs and market feedback.
  • Help land the company’s first major customers and shape the sales playbook.
  • Contribute to building a high-performance revenue engine.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a consistent record of exceeding quota at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Proven track record closing $1M+ ACV deals in early-stage environments.
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions to CIO organizations.
  • Background in AI/ML platforms, digital transformation, enterprise data platforms, or management consulting.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and build from scratch.
  • Experience selling into highly regulated industries with complex compliance requirements.
  • Regulated industry experience is preferred.
  • Early-stage startup success is preferred.
