Description

  • Lead the overall management of the most valuable customer segment.
  • Resolve customer cases and tasks on a daily basis.
  • Turn customer and business data into actionable insights and share recommendations with restaurants.
  • Work closely with customers to increase engagement and reservation availability on the OpenTable platform.
  • Respond to concerns from Customer Support and field teams.
  • Deliver remote presentations and training to restaurant partners.
  • Inspire customers to adopt new ways of thinking about their business.
  • Consistently meet and exceed team and individual goals.
  • Reduce churn across the customer base.

Requirements

  • Experience as an account manager.
  • Experience selling solutions and driving long-term customer value.
  • Deep, firsthand knowledge of restaurant operations and the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while meeting ambitious goals and deadlines.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, listening, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into insights that drive action.
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organization, documentation, and time management skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or an equivalent CRM.
  • University degree preferred.
  • High command of business English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
