Description

  • Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Communicate with clients to understand and address their needs.
  • Resolve client issues and track processes related to client requests.
  • Deliver exceptional day-to-day client service.
  • Act as the client’s representative to ensure needs are fulfilled.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships across accounts.
  • Work to increase customer satisfaction based on business needs.
  • Meet established sales goals with current and new customers.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Support and/or Account Management.
  • Demonstrated history of increasing client satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  • Strong understanding of the account management journey.
  • Proven competency with agile processes and defining stories ready for development.
  • Strategic thinker who can identify patterns, develop solutions, and execute to completion.
  • Prior experience working with SaaS business platforms.
  • Ability to present, communicate, and work effectively with internal teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team-player mindset.
  • Full-time availability, Monday through Friday.
