Description

  • Own pipeline health, stage integrity, and inspection standards across the Direct Sales motion.
  • Lead a consistent forecasting cadence with Sales leadership and pressure-test assumptions early.
  • Audit pipeline health, stage integrity, forecasting accuracy, territory design, quota coverage, and capacity assumptions.
  • Assess the sales tech stack, CRM workflows, and reporting to identify opportunities to reduce seller friction and improve adoption.
  • Establish and maintain pipeline hygiene standards, including stage criteria, aging thresholds, and close-date discipline.
  • Deliver actionable insights on funnel performance, velocity, win rates, deal quality, and conversion drivers by segment and rep cohort.
  • Partner with Business Systems to scope and prioritize CRM and workflow improvements.
  • Align with Enablement, SDR Ops, Analytics, Marketing, and Product on process changes, handoffs, and feedback loops.
  • Own and evolve territory, quota, and capacity frameworks aligned to planning cycles.
  • Create durable reporting and inspection views trusted by Sales leadership and Finance.

Requirements

  • Located anywhere in the U.S.
  • Up to 15 days of travel per year for company-wide events.
  • Proven examples from your career showing you have built systems, driven alignment, and created impact at scale.
  • Track record of follow-through, curiosity, and results.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable with experimentation and learning.
  • Experience improving sales operations, forecasting, pipeline management, or related revenue operations processes.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales leadership, Finance, Business Systems, Enablement, SDR Ops, Marketing, Product, and Legal.
  • Strong judgment and the ability to turn complex operational data into clear recommendations.
  • Evidence of performance and ownership rather than adherence to a checklist.
  • Interest in using technology to make sales processes more effective and human.
