Description

  • Work across marketing, sales, solutions, and post-sales to improve how GTM work is executed today.
  • Design and ship internal tools, automations, systems, and micro-products that increase GTM team output.
  • Turn messy GTM signals such as conversations, calls, product content, ROI models, and deal insights into structured, repeatable workflows.
  • Build and maintain internal products from discovery and specification through rollout, adoption, and iteration.
  • Interview internal users, review usage data, and continuously refine tools based on feedback and behavior.
  • Create systems that convert webinars and executive interviews into multichannel GTM assets.
  • Transform Gong calls into structured insights aligned to initiatives, leakage categories, or ROI drivers.
  • Develop repeatable ABM sequences, playbooks, and executive outreach workflows.
  • Surface account intelligence, usage signals, and deal blockers to GTM teams in real time.
  • Design and improve experiments, diagnostics, and forecasting workflows that move measurable business metrics.

Requirements

  • Strong first-principles thinking and a builder mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with no-code, low-code, light-code, or scripting tools such as Zapier, Make, N8n, Notion, Airtable, Supabase, Retool, Webflow, scripts, or AI agents.
  • Comfort working with data from Salesforce, Gong, Notion, analytics tools, spreadsheets, and content repositories.
  • Ability to turn raw data and disconnected signals into usable systems for GTM teams.
  • Experience designing metrics, measuring outcomes, and proving impact on business performance.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to translate needs across SDRs, AEs, Account Managers, marketers, and executives.
  • Comfort operating scrappily in a fast-moving environment and iterating quickly on new ideas.
  • Curiosity about AI agents, workflow automation, micro-apps, and integrations.
  • Ability to own internal products end to end, from discovery through adoption.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with willingness to test ideas, learn quickly, and adjust without ego.
