Description

  • Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, door knocking, networking, and trade shows.
  • Sell Ooma’s business products and solutions to small and mid-market companies.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Deliver personalized product presentations and demos to prospects.
  • Track deals, activities, and pipeline in Salesforce for forecasting and reporting.
  • Use AI tools to build lead lists and support email drip campaigns.
  • Travel to industry events and trade shows across the U.S. on a regular basis.
  • Work toward and exceed sales quotas in a target-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in a competitive environment.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a focus on new business acquisition.
  • Background in technology, telecom, or similar industries is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Motivated, energetic, resilient, and adaptable approach to sales.
  • Ability to travel to industry events and trade shows across the U.S. 1-2 times per month on average.

  • Target OTE of $75,000-$85,000 USD, depending on location.
  • Base salary plus commission.
