Description

  • Manage a portfolio of partners throughout the full engagement lifecycle.
  • Engage, develop, and retain existing partners using appropriate partnership models and strategies.
  • Evaluate, attract, and onboard new partners to expand the partner ecosystem.
  • Facilitate joint planning and strategy across sales, marketing, resource management, and implementations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify actions needed to help partners achieve agreed sales goals.
  • Track partner performance, pipeline, and sales opportunities.
  • Lead partner strategy, pipeline, and performance meetings.
  • Draft and negotiate partner agreements aligned with company and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external implementation teams to transfer knowledge and resolve escalated issues.
  • Support program growth through process improvement initiatives.
  • Attend trade shows, events, and onsite meetings, including up to 20% overnight travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • 5+ years of related professional experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience owning partnerships with positive outcomes at a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through channel partnerships.
  • Prior experience co-selling with alliance partners.
  • Experience delivering value propositions to prospective channel partners.
  • Experience with the sales cycle in a software or consulting organization, directly or indirectly.
  • Familiarity with partnership agreements and common business contracts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products and Salesforce or another CRM.
  • Experience in legal technology, legal operations, or professional services is preferred.
  • Experience scaling strategic alliances in a growth-stage or PE-backed company is preferred.
  • Eagerness to contribute to a growing organization is preferred.
