Description

  • Own outbound prospecting and inbound lead response within the assigned territory.
  • Generate qualified sales leads through cold calling, email, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify opportunities using the MEDDPPIC framework.
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demos for North American Account Executives.
  • Support and demo Omilia’s platform to new and existing customers.
  • Manage a personal book of accounts and define an effective book management strategy.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to manage inbound Marketing Qualified Leads and disposition them properly.
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity logging and pipeline attribution in Salesforce.com.
  • Respond to new opportunities and partner inquiries within 48 hours.
  • Provide feedback to SDR Managers and Sales Enablement and help implement new tools and outreach improvements.
  • Continue assisting with customer issues after order acceptance until transition to the Services Organization.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and familiarity with sales engagement platforms.
  • Ability to identify and build relationships with executive, financial, and technical decision-makers.
  • Understanding of Omilia’s product offerings and how to apply them to prospect requirements.
  • High energy, resilience, and motivation to achieve and exceed monthly quotas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and disciplined approach to daily activity and outreach sequences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is mandatory.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time, including overnight travel.
  • Adherence to the 90-day Participant Ramp Up grace period before monthly quota requirements begin.
  • Strict adherence to the Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABAC) Policy.
  • Ability to contribute actively and effectively as an integrated team member.
  • Ability to act as an Omilia ambassador in all interactions.
