Description

  • Own and deliver new logo ARR and expansion revenue targets for assigned Premier accounts across North America.
  • Build, maintain, and accurately forecast a healthy pipeline and provide weekly revenue projections and deal updates.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan that maps decision-makers, identifies whitespace, and prioritizes high-value opportunities.
  • Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery and business case development through negotiation and contract signature.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, RFP responses, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Work with Solution Consultants to scope credible solutions, qualify POCs, and align Omilia’s platform portfolio to business outcomes.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles involving buyers, IT, procurement, legal, compliance, and executive sponsors.
  • Build executive-level, financial, and technical relationships across Premier accounts and represent Omilia at industry events.
  • Act as the primary source of market intelligence by sharing buyer feedback, competitive insights, and product requirements with internal teams.
  • Maintain Salesforce as the system of record and ensure opportunity data remains current at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of enterprise software sales experience, including at least 3 years selling SaaS, CCaaS, conversational AI, or adjacent technology into large North American enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding new logo ARR targets in complex enterprise deals.
  • Experience closing multi-stakeholder deals with extended procurement and legal processes.
  • Deep familiarity with the North American enterprise sales environment and buying dynamics across one or more priority verticals such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, utilities, or telecommunications.
  • Ability to assess technical feasibility and business value independently and qualify out deals with excessive technical or compliance complexity.
  • Proficiency in leading proposals, RFP responses, technical presentations, and product demonstrations without relying solely on Solutions Engineering support.
  • Strong commercial acumen for structuring, negotiating, and closing multi-year enterprise SaaS agreements.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting executive-level business cases and ROI models to C-suite and VP-level audiences.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or equivalent.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, including overnight travel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Direct experience selling contact centre, conversational AI, or voice AI platforms into large North American enterprise accounts is preferred.
  • An established network of CX, IT, or digital transformation decision-makers in financial services, healthcare, insurance, or utilities is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Omilia’s platform, including OCP, miniApps, Pathfinder, CoPilot, TalkGuard, or OptimizeIQ, is preferred.
  • Experience with competitive displacement of Nuance/Microsoft, Genesys, or Google CCAI is preferred.
