Description

  • Lead and develop the Premier Account Executive team to drive new logo acquisition, expansion, renewals, and overall revenue performance.
  • Own the North American Premier segment revenue target and translate it into quarterly and monthly team goals.
  • Manage pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and MEDDIC/MEDDPICC qualification discipline across the team.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and performance-manage Account Executives to build a strong and scalable sales organization.
  • Design and continuously refine the Premier segment go-to-market strategy, territory model, and account segmentation.
  • Serve as executive sponsor on strategic deals, major expansions, and at-risk renewals, including negotiations and escalations.
  • Partner with PreSales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance to support major opportunities and align internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain market and competitive intelligence on enterprise CX and contact centre trends, competitors, and buyer dynamics.
  • Own commercial and contractual governance for all Premier deals, including pricing, discounting, and non-standard terms.
  • Report team performance, win/loss analysis, and forecast updates to sales leadership on a regular cadence.

Requirements

  • Preferably 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets in a complex SaaS or technology sales environment.
  • Experience selling into companies of up to 5,000 employees in regulated verticals such as banking, insurance, healthcare, or utilities.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise CX technology, contact centre operations, or CCaaS/CPaaS markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach Account Executives using consultative, value-based, and MEDDIC/MEDDPICC-style sales methodologies.
  • Strong executive presence and credibility with C-suite and VP-level buyers.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and strong forecast management discipline.
  • Experience selling conversational AI, virtual assistant, or NLU/NLP-based solutions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Omilia’s product portfolio, including OCP, miniApps, Diamant, Pathfinder, and Agentic Self-Learning, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of enterprise compliance and security standards such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 is preferred.
  • MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Multilingual capability, with Spanish as an advantage for Latin American enterprise coverage, is preferred.
