Description

  • Own the end-to-end sales process for strategic enterprise platform accounts.
  • Generate pipeline through professional networks and account-based marketing with Marketing and Business Development.
  • Negotiate complex partnership agreements through completion.
  • Achieve sales objectives and maintain accurate, detailed forecasts.
  • Ensure successful account handoffs from sales to delivery.
  • Develop sales narratives and presentation materials with executives and go-to-market leaders.
  • Build repeatable sales processes and buyer journeys for existing and emerging healthcare verticals.
  • Identify prospect and industry product needs and communicate them to executive leadership.
  • Foster goal achievement and collaboration across go-to-market teams.
  • Execute department security policies, access controls, and incident reporting responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales and sales management experience with consistent quota attainment in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience selling Platform-as-a-Service, digital transformation, or consumer and patient engagement solutions.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry, including payers, providers, pharmacy retailers, HCM organizations, or brokers.
  • Ability to secure support from C-suite stakeholders at large corporations.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales acceleration tools.
  • Experience creating polished client presentation and webinar materials.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
  • Collaborative, structured, direct, coachable, and resilient approach to enterprise sales.
  • Practical, responsible experience using AI tools, with sound judgment regarding accuracy, bias, quality, and data security.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and adapt to evolving products, markets, and sales processes.

Benefits

  • US base salary range of $160,000–$200,000, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.
  • Remote-eligible roles available across Canada and the US; Toronto-area employees collaborate in-office Monday through Thursday.
  • Toronto-area employees receive 10 or 20 flexible remote days per quarter, depending on distance from the office.
