Description

  • Maximize regional revenue through onboarding and retention of affiliates.
  • Expand the affiliate, KOL, trading community, and influencer network across the Netherlands and Western Europe.
  • Proactively identify and recruit new affiliates, communities, and influencers to form strategic partnerships.
  • Design and execute campaigns that increase content output, trading volume, new users, and active transactions.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with local crypto influencers and KOLs through frequent communication and partnership development.
  • Initiate and participate in partner meetings to expand cooperation and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Work closely with the product team by sharing market insights to improve offerings and attract qualified users.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to refine strategy and identify market opportunities.

Requirements

  • Solid affiliate marketing experience in the cryptocurrency space.
  • Experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods, including data analysis and segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and drive strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Experience working across time zones and with cross-cultural teams is preferred.
  • Previous experience at a crypto exchange, trading company, or CFD broker is a plus.
  • Dutch fluency is preferred.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
