Description

  • Act as the primary technical and identity domain expert during the sales cycle for direct customers and partners.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, architecture walkthroughs, and whiteboard sessions to technical and executive audiences.
  • Lead and support technical validation activities, including proofs of concept (PoCs).
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on territory and account strategies to win new business.
  • Build and manage technical relationships with assigned partners to drive incremental revenue through the channel.
  • Advise partners on Identity and Access Management and help integrate Okta into their go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as pre-sales engineering, consulting, or professional services.
  • Strong passion for serving customers and partners and helping ensure their success.
  • Understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and security protocols, including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, or SAML.
  • Knowledge of modern software development and hosting approaches, including cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical ideas and business value to skilled audiences.
  • Fluency in Polish and English is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a comparable field is preferred.
  • Hands-on coding experience in web, mobile, or backend development is preferred.
  • Experience architecting and integrating CIAM solutions across web, mobile, and cloud platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with AI-driven customer experience integration, including AI agents, MCP servers, and fine-grained authorization, is preferred.
  • Public speaking, technical blogging, or conference presentation experience is preferred.
  • Fluency in additional European languages is a strong plus.

  • Annual OTE range of 330,000 zł to 484,000 zł PLN for candidates located in Poland.
