Description

  • Work closely with sales and business development teams to identify and develop sales opportunities for the product suite.
  • Liaise with customers and prospects to qualify leads and create solution concepts.
  • Assess customer needs and perform pre-demo discovery and analysis.
  • Lead techno-functional discussions during pre-sales interactions and capture requirements clearly.
  • Own the full pre-sales cycle, including requirement scoping, product fitment, solutioning, and technical proposal creation.
  • Draft solution scope documents and translate requirements to delivery and product teams for estimation and implementation planning.
  • Create product demo scripts and scenarios and coordinate product demos and workshops.
  • Manage and execute the bidding process for RFIs and RFPs.
  • Develop statements of work and other contractual documents as needed.
  • Prepare SWOT analyses and position the company’s products against competitors across geographies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Strong self-initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding leadership, team-building, and influencing skills.
  • Creative problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high performance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Experience preparing PowerPoint presentations, documents, and analysis reports.
  • Good knowledge of global real-time payments, rails, retail payments, and the payments landscape.
  • Fair understanding of Real-time Payments, PSD2, Open Banking, Payment Hub, SWIFT, and SEPA.
  • Ability to stay current on payment-domain market developments across relevant geographies.
