Description

  • Research, identify, and evaluate new partnership opportunities across the US with clear revenue potential and measurable ROAS.
  • Present growth proposals and performance projections to stakeholders, including impact, timelines, and ROI.
  • Monitor local market activity and competitor movements and turn findings into actionable recommendations for marketing and product teams.
  • Create and share concise market reports on key US trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Provide local perspective and feedback to help campaigns and messaging resonate with US audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, performance, and creative teams to prioritize and activate opportunities efficiently.

Requirements

  • Mid-level marketing or business development experience, ideally in partnerships, market research, or strategic growth.
  • Proven success developing and validating high-ROI partnership ideas or marketing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical ability with experience modeling performance projections and interpreting market data.
  • Entrepreneurial and curious mindset with interest in emerging trends, new categories, and unconventional growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills for sharing insights and ideas across global teams.
  • Confident presenter who can turn data into compelling business cases.
  • Familiarity with Sports, Travel, Fintech, or Telco sectors is beneficial but not required.
  • Based on the US East Coast for collaboration with international colleagues.
  • Willingness to complete an initial 2-3 week onboarding in Vilnius, Lithuania.
  • Availability for occasional business travel as needed.
