Description

  • Own the full upmarket new logo demand engine for Enterprise and upper mid-market pipeline.
  • Lead ABX strategy and execution, including ICP tiers, target lists, tiered plays, and intent activation.
  • Design and run integrated programs across digital ads, nurture, direct mail, field events, executive experiences, partner co-marketing, and account-based outreach.
  • Plan, optimize, and report on paid media and digital channels, including LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, retargeting, review sites, Google, and Bing.
  • Build persona- and stage-based nurture programs that convert intent into MQLs, meetings, and SQLs.
  • Partner closely with the SDR hub on SLA, routing, handoff quality, and inbound SDR motions.
  • Work with the AI Hub team to design and operate agents that automate and scale marketing programs.
  • Manage ABX and martech vendors day to day across scope, performance, QBRs, renewals, and contract economics.
  • Build campaign- and program-level reporting with RevOps, analyze funnel performance, and share actionable insights with leadership.
  • Publish post-program learnings and codify campaign strategy into repeatable playbooks and agent logic.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience.
  • At least 2 years owning ABX or account-based programs end to end.
  • Proven impact on Enterprise pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience with ABX tactics such as ICP design, 6sense or equivalent, multi-threaded outreach, field events, and executive programs.
  • Deep paid media experience across LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft, retargeting, and review sites.
  • Marketing operations fluency in HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Experience designing workflows, attribution, and reporting, and partnering with RevOps on shared infrastructure.
  • Vendor management experience across ABX, operations, and martech stacks.
  • Experience using AI tools to build and operate marketing programs in production, including tools like Qualified, TOFU.hq, Clay, UserGems, Claude, n8n, Make, or custom agents.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to present clearly to executives.
  • Nice to have: experience in workplace, real estate, facilities, or operations buyer segments.
  • Nice to have: background in PE-backed or high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
