Description

  • Create, implement, measure, and review strategic and operational plans aligned to corporate business goals.
  • Lead territory planning, account planning and reviews, opportunity inspection, pipeline management, and forecast calls.
  • Coach the sales team on how to position and articulate the company’s value proposition.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand regional business activities.
  • Plan and manage expenses for the region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external parties that support business objectives.
  • Attract, recruit, build, mentor, and promote sales talent to deliver business results.
  • Drive performance reviews and development planning through annual and quarterly review meetings.
  • Manage customer escalations and support customer relationship management.
  • Partner with solutions engineering, alliances, customer success, renewals, product, legal, marketing, and engineering to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Past sales leadership experience in a SaaS cybersecurity company.
  • Previous experience developing a successful sales function across the Southeast region.
  • Multiple years of experience meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building positive working relationships.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to define long-term vision and strategy.
  • Commitment to building a positive, collaborative team culture.
  • An established partner network.
  • Ability to work with transparency, accountability, and agility in a customer-focused environment.
  • Eligible to provide satisfactory proof of identity and legal authorization for employment.
