Description

  • Define and execute the local go-to-market strategy aligned with global company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities across enterprise, mid-market, and emerging segments.
  • Own revenue targets, pipeline development, and forecast accuracy for the market.
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization across the region.
  • Drive disciplined sales execution through territory planning, account strategy, and deal management.
  • Personally engage in strategic deals and manage key customer relationships.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain sales talent while setting performance expectations and career pathways.
  • Partner with Rev Operations, Finance, and the People Team to support efficient business management.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships on integrated go-to-market execution.
  • Build and expand the partner ecosystem, including channel partners, alliances, and system integrators.
  • Represent the company externally through industry events, thought leadership, customer advocacy, and regional spokesperson duties.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, with significant leadership experience in the identified market location.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and scaling high-growth businesses.
  • Deep understanding of the identified market location, including enterprise buying behavior and partner ecosystems.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence both locally and globally.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing, matrixed, and global organization.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
  • High accountability and operational discipline.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to build inclusive, high-performing teams.
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering value.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Must satisfy applicable U.S. export control and government contract restrictions, including U.S. Person status or other eligibility requirements where applicable.
