Description

  • Create, implement, measure, and review strategic and operational plans aligned to corporate business goals.
  • Use territory planning, account planning, opportunity inspection, pipeline management, and forecast calls to drive execution.
  • Coach the sales team on positioning and articulating the company’s value proposition.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business activities and regional growth.
  • Plan and manage sales expenses.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external parties that support business goals.
  • Foster teamwork and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
  • Attract, recruit, build, mentor, and promote sales talent, including high-potential employees.
  • Lead performance reviews and development planning through annual and quarterly review meetings.
  • Manage customer relationships and escalate issues to support problem resolution and customer satisfaction improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales engineering, alliances, customer success, renewals, product, legal, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Past sales leadership experience in a SaaS cybersecurity company.
  • Previous experience building a successful sales function across EMEA.
  • Strong knowledge of international markets and go-to-market strategies across continental Europe and the Middle East.
  • Multiple years of experience meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience opening international markets from scratch.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • A growth mindset with the ability to define long-term vision and strategy.
  • Commitment to a positive, can-do team culture.
  • An established partner network.
