Description

  • Serve as a primary Salesforce administrator supporting Sales Cloud and related go-to-market workflows.
  • Manage user setup, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, access requests, and security controls.
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, integration sync errors, and complex user or data problems.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and Lightning record pages.
  • Design and maintain declarative automation such as Flows, approvals, assignment rules, notifications, and guided processes.
  • Create task/case templates, email templates, activity plans, and in-app guidance to improve consistency and adoption.
  • Own sandbox hygiene, release coordination, testing/UAT support, and deployment processes.
  • Monitor and support integrations between Salesforce and adjacent revenue and customer systems.
  • Maintain operational data quality through deduping, enrichment, normalization, and validation patterns.
  • Build reports and dashboards, document processes and system architecture, and support training and change management.
  • Partner on AI-enabled workflows, including outreach, qualification, routing, account copilots, guardrails, and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience administering Salesforce in a SaaS environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
  • Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or CPQ/Revenue Cloud certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Sales Cloud experience is required; Service Cloud experience is a plus.
  • Strong hands-on experience building declarative solutions and supporting complex business processes.
  • Proven ability to support a connected revenue stack and troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Working knowledge of go-to-market and customer lifecycle concepts such as lead-to-cash, forecasting, renewals, expansions, and subscription or ARR mechanics.
  • Comfort working with data at scale in Excel or Google Sheets, including data loads, deduping, and data quality monitoring.
  • Strong stakeholder management, written communication, and documentation skills.
  • Interest in and practical exposure to AI-enabled business workflows, including prompt design basics, evaluation, failure modes, and human review.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, CLM, subscription management, or billing integrations is nice to have.
  • Familiarity with RevTech tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LeanData, Marketo, HubSpot, Gong, or Chili Piper is nice to have.
  • Experience with iPaaS tools such as Workato, Zapier, or MuleSoft is nice to have.
  • Basic SQL and/or BI experience with Power BI, Looker, or Tableau is nice to have.
  • Exposure to regulated SaaS verticals and data/privacy constraints is nice to have.
