Description

  • Deliver structured technical training within your area of expertise.
  • Facilitate hands-on learning through real-world scenarios, labs, and project-based delivery.
  • Coach and mentor individuals to build technical capability and commercial awareness.
  • Provide actionable feedback through code reviews, delivery simulations, and practical assessments.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of training content to keep it current and industry-relevant.

Requirements

  • Strong industry experience, typically 5+ years, in one or more relevant technical domains.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading others.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them practical.
  • A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.
  • Experience in Software Engineering using Java, Python, JavaScript, or .NET (preferred).
  • Experience in DevOps / Cloud using AWS, Azure, CI/CD, Docker, or Kubernetes (preferred).
  • Experience in Testing with automation frameworks or QA engineering (preferred).
  • Experience in Business Analysis, including agile delivery, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement (preferred).
  • Experience in AI / Data, including machine learning, Python, or applied AI use cases (preferred).
  • Must be Australia-based and available for flexible, contract-based engagements.
