Description

  • Manage 2 to 3 active clients and projects simultaneously while tracking status, timelines, and blockers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and serve as the client’s Head of Product.
  • Research client markets, industry trends, competitive landscape, and differentiation opportunities.
  • Work with clients and stakeholders to define the product vision and initial product scope.
  • Translate client needs into clear product roadmaps and precise milestone requirements.
  • Collaborate with product designers to create intuitive, user-friendly designs that integrate smoothly with development.
  • Define user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and task inputs for project management, development, and QA.
  • Lead weekly client meetings to share updates, review progress, and demo milestones.
  • Manage client expectations by facilitating scope, prioritization, budget, and timeline trade-offs.
  • Support sales efforts by joining prospect calls and contributing proposals, scoping documents, and timelines.
  • Identify opportunities for additional product features, marketing services, and ongoing support contracts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a product manager for digital products such as SaaS, mobile, web, or AI products.
  • Strong experience managing relationships with clients or executive-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic product development environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, organizational skills, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Located in the EST time zone or an adjacent time zone, with availability to overlap with the European team between 8am and 1pm Eastern.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn, especially about AI and machine learning.
  • Experience working in an AI-first or technology-forward environment (preferred).
