Description

  • Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships with non-gaming mobile app publishers across multiple verticals.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of publisher accounts by understanding business objectives and uncovering monetization opportunities.
  • Lead publisher-facing discussions on mediation strategy, programmatic monetization, SDK onboarding, auction performance, demand partner strategy, yield optimization, and strategic growth.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of publisher opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, conferences, networking, and relationship development.
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Demand teams to support onboarding, operational alignment, and long-term publisher success.
  • Monitor publisher performance trends and identify opportunities to improve monetization outcomes and publisher satisfaction.
  • Represent Nimbus at conferences, client meetings, networking events, and industry ecosystem discussions.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives such as publisher presentations, monetization recommendations, case studies, conference initiatives, market intelligence, and ecosystem positioning.
  • Maintain pipeline management, forecasting, CRM updates, publisher onboarding coordination, and strategic account planning.
  • Work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders to communicate complex monetization concepts and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of ad tech experience with a strong understanding of the mobile programmatic ecosystem.
  • Deep familiarity with mobile app monetization, SDK-based advertising, and programmatic advertising across iOS and Android.
  • Proven track record of developing and growing strategic publisher relationships while driving measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of mobile mediation, programmatic auctions, RTB infrastructure, SDK monetization, publisher monetization strategies, yield optimization, and mobile advertising ecosystem dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance trends and communicate actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with publishers, account management, product teams, engineering, solutions engineering, and demand teams.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including experience managing executive-level publisher conversations.
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating independently in a lean, fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple strategic relationships and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Existing relationships across the mobile app publisher ecosystem are strongly preferred; BS or BA is desirable.

Benefits

  • $100,000 - $150,000 a year salary range.
