Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account and territory plans.
  • Grow existing client accounts and increase annual account value.
  • Prospect new and existing contacts to achieve quota and build pipeline.
  • Create and execute sales and business development strategies to increase pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess customer needs.
  • Develop tailored value propositions, proposals, and solution recommendations.
  • Negotiate, close, and manage complex deals and annual contract renewals.
  • Handle objections and manage contract negotiations to win business.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market activity, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with client success and other internal teams to deliver strong client service and encourage repeat business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience closing complex six-figure-plus deals.
  • Experience in brand-to-demand, demand generation, and digital media.
  • Track record of driving substantial revenue growth from both existing and new accounts.
  • Ability to create and implement sophisticated account and territory plans.
  • Strong ability to diagnose client needs and design tailored business solutions.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating complex contracts with win-win outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced, and frequently changing environments.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Australia and maintain work authorization throughout employment.

  • Annual base salary of AUD $85,000–$100,000.
  • Total annual compensation including commission up to AUD $138,000–$158,000.
