Description

  • Achieve revenue targets and business goals for the assigned territory.
  • Manage sustainable growth across selected partner accounts, including revenue, relationship, investment, and commitment.
  • Provide advice and assistance to Veeam Pro Partners on licensing, product, sales, and technical requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner accounts.
  • Develop, negotiate, and track joint action plans with partners.
  • Identify partner pipeline opportunities and keep pipeline information updated.
  • Keep partners informed about Veeam news, promotions, and program updates.
  • Support partners with licensing questions and technical issues related to Veeam products.
  • Support qualified prospects and customers with follow-up, product information, quotations, and closures.
  • Maintain partner account information in the Veeam CRM system and provide forecasting as needed.

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in English and Romanian.
  • 2+ years of experience selling software in velocity or high-volume sales environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Ability to build positive, lasting relationships with different types of people.
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-energy, motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to changing roles and responsibilities.
  • Understanding of the channel community, industry, and market.
