Description

  • Research, identify, target, and pursue high-impact partners that fit Nift’s ideal customer profile.
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads, qualify prospects, and identify opportunities to close deals.
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand partner needs, use cases, and performance goals.
  • Lead deal negotiations on pricing and contract terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders, build strategic relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor to decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and progress updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing, client success, data science, and operations to support partner onboarding, pilot launches, and ongoing success.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, and market shifts to refine sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling to C-level contacts in the supply side of digital advertising, such as RMNs and CMNs.
  • Demonstrable existing relationships and a strong professional network.
  • Proven track record of self-sourced lead generation, independent access, closing deals, and exceeding quota.
  • Strong solution-selling ability with the capacity to recommend tailored approaches and clearly articulate value.
  • Experience selling to large and complex enterprise organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with a detail-oriented, methodical approach to managing sales processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and report results.
  • Ability to translate campaign data and third-party insights into persuasive sales messaging.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, outcome-focused environment.
