Description

  • Lead the design, maintenance, and optimization of executive-ready dashboards, reports, and performance summaries using Excel, Power BI, and CRM data sources.
  • Build and scale automated reporting systems that consolidate data for Sales and CX leadership while reducing manual processes.
  • Establish and manage reporting cadences that support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Develop centralized documentation, templates, workflows, and governance to improve reporting consistency across teams.
  • Define and maintain KPI frameworks that align Sales, CX, and Executive teams.
  • Drive metric accuracy, consistency, and clarity across Salesforce dashboards, financial data, and operational reporting.
  • Partner with Revenue and CX leadership on forecasting, MRR/ARR analysis, and pipeline visibility.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of revenue, customer, and operational trends to inform leadership planning and decision-making.
  • Serve as the central coordination point for programs spanning Sales, CX, Operations, Enablement, and executive stakeholders.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement process or system solutions that improve execution, communication, accountability, and scalability.

Requirements

  • Experience in Program or Project Management, including planning, governance, execution, and risk management.
  • Experience with revenue and forecasting analysis, including MRR/ARR frameworks and pipeline visibility.
  • Experience designing KPI frameworks and leadership reporting.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting, data quality, and dashboard insights.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Experience with process documentation, workflow design, and automation.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation development skills.
  • Cross-functional stakeholder management and alignment experience.
  • AI-driven productivity and reporting enhancement experience.
  • Preferred: experience in Program or Project Management within SaaS, GTM, or operational environments.
  • Preferred: strong analytical background with the ability to translate complex data into leadership-ready insights.
  • Preferred: experience partnering closely with senior leadership in a fast-moving environment.
  • Preferred: demonstrated ability to streamline processes, deliver programs, and build scalable frameworks.
