Description

  • Own outreach to 50 named partner targets across CAD/RMS resellers, prosecution and case management platforms, and system integrators.
  • Drive at least 5 partner conversations per week and log all contact attempts, outcomes, and next steps in Salesforce the same day.
  • Lead Tier 1 referral partner onboarding and own Tier 2 reseller recruitment across the named target accounts.
  • Support Tier 3 system integrator relationships by attending meetings, managing follow-up, and logging all activity.
  • Drive deal registration from active partners so every signed partner has at least one registered deal.
  • Own partner check-ins on a 30/60/90-day cadence, including preparation, follow-up, and outcome tracking.
  • Attend partner QBRs and support commercial follow-up actions.
  • Feed partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline to the partner sales lead on a weekly basis.
  • Shadow design partner conversations during the first 60 days and then fully own outreach from Day 60 forward.
  • Track partner pipeline and program activity daily in Salesforce and maintain accurate reporting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partner/channel sales, business development, or alliances.
  • Track record of recruiting and activating partners, not just managing existing relationships.
  • Background in public safety, govtech, or SLED technology, with understanding of agency buying and procurement cycles.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including daily activity logging and report building.
  • Hunter mentality with the ability to open relationships cold and manage your own pipeline.
  • Comfort working in an early-stage program with no established playbook.
  • Experience selling through or alongside CAD/RMS, records management, or digital evidence platforms (preferred).
  • Familiarity with public safety procurement processes, including RFP/RFQ, cooperative purchasing, and CJIS compliance (preferred).
  • Prior experience at a SaaS company in a channel or alliances role (preferred).
  • Existing relationships with target partners such as CentralSquare, Tyler Technologies, Mark43, Magnet Forensics, or similar firms (preferred).
