Description

  • Establish and manage strategic relationships within the NiCE partner ecosystem to support revenue growth, innovation, and market expansion.
  • Architect GSI multivendor solutions and ensure the underlying subsystems work together effectively.
  • Collaborate with NiCE Partner Alliance Leaders on partnership growth initiatives.
  • Build and manage ongoing relationships with GSI partner executives, sales teams, and client account teams.
  • Lead partner training and enablement on NiCE products, services, and go-to-market motions.
  • Scale partner sales activities, including pipeline generation and pipeline management.
  • Engage with clients onsite to identify use cases and quantify business value.
  • Hold value-oriented discussions with leadership, architects, and line-of-business users.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources to align partner activities with NiCE channel strategies.
  • Assist in building partner recruitment strategies, programs, and supporting infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Expert-level GSI account management and global systems integration experience.
  • Expert-level account management of clients using specialized component subsystems such as hardware, software, networking, and storage products.
  • 5+ years working with GSI partner channel sales.
  • 10+ years working in partner sales.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a specialized vertical requiring integration of global systems.
  • Proven track record in value consulting selling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited structure.
  • Experience establishing deep relationships with internal teams and GSI partner resources.
  • Preferred background in partner sales and systems integration environments.
