Description

  • Develop and strengthen commercial relationships with strategic technology partners across North America.
  • Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing teams to define the joint value proposition for each strategic partner.
  • Enable regional sales and customer success teams on partner offerings and joint value propositions.
  • Work with partners to ensure their sales and customer success teams understand Insider One’s platform and partnership value.
  • Build and manage regional business plans to drive revenue through and with technology partners.
  • Partner with regional sales teams to support new customer acquisitions and expansions.
  • Generate leads and manage pipeline created through and with technology partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, and Customer Success to grow the Channels function.
  • Leverage technology partners to increase Insider One’s brand visibility and market presence in the region.
  • Work with regional field marketing on co-marketing initiatives, including events and industry trade shows.
  • Collaborate with global offices to improve partnership practices, expand partner portfolios, and develop joint go-to-market plans.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience in partner sales and business development.
  • Proven leadership experience within a SaaS company managing relationships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with large and emerging channel partners.
  • High analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex issues into actionable frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of solution selling.
  • Strong output orientation with the ability to create high-quality customer-facing content such as presentations and datasheets.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS business models.
  • Experience in the marketing technology space is preferred but not required.
