Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with investors across family offices, endowments and foundations, and pension groups.
  • Organize and participate in calls, meetings, and events with current and prospective investors.
  • Track outreach activity and manage investor engagement using the firm’s CRM system.
  • Maintain the quarterly sales plan and monitor fundraising goals and pipeline progress.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on activity, pipeline, feedback, and fundraising progress.
  • Oversee outbound marketing activities directed toward investors.
  • Represent Point at investor conferences and events.
  • Refine investor-facing materials, including case studies, diligence responses, presentations, and write-ups.
  • Work with Investor Operations and Legal to move deals from term sheet to close.
  • Collaborate across the organization on capital formation, investor operations, and related initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing financial services or investor-focused role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with experience engaging investors through meetings, calls, and events.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create clear, compelling presentations and investor materials.
  • Solid financial and analytical acumen, including familiarity with financial reporting, valuation concepts, market research, and capital markets.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners in finance, legal, marketing, and operations.
  • Sound problem-solving skills and professionalism when handling investor inquiries and challenging situations.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, investor relations software, and financial databases.
  • Comfort educating investors on performance, strategy, and outlook; experience with institutional investment landscape is preferred.
