Description

  • Build the playbook for partnering with network organizations and developing relationships with key partners.
  • Influence and activate individual network members through top-down partner relationships to drive adoption.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to design and execute GTM motions that increase revenue and customer success.
  • Develop scalable programs that enable Samsara to serve network partners in a coordinated way.
  • Build and lead a team of Partner Account Managers focused on network-level growth.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles, including customer success and teamwork, while building the motion.
  • Work cross-functionally to align internal and external stakeholders around complex partnership initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales.
  • Experience building new partner motions and leading high-performing teams.
  • Track record of architecting multi-layered partnership motions that generate pipeline and accelerate commercial outcomes.
  • Ability to orchestrate complex, multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder deals involving corporate decision-makers and individual members or businesses.
  • Builder mentality with the ability to create structure and process for a new network motion.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders toward a common goal.
  • Experience with private equity firms, distributor or dealer networks, and/or franchised business models (preferred).
  • Experience in B2B technology or within a B2B technology ecosystem (preferred).
  • Must reside in the US, excluding the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.
