Description

  • Develop and execute a global enablement strategy aligned to growth priorities and go-to-market objectives.
  • Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success leadership to identify capability gaps and improve performance.
  • Build a scalable enablement framework that supports growth, new product launches, and changing market needs.
  • Align enablement initiatives to business outcomes such as pipeline growth, revenue velocity, deal size, and win rates.
  • Lead partner enablement and certification programs that scale the ecosystem and reduce dependency on internal teams.
  • Create partner learning paths, certification programs, and implementation readiness programs that drive partner-led revenue.
  • Measure partner competency, adoption, and business impact.
  • Own role-based learning journeys and certification programs for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Lead the development and delivery of workshops, bootcamps, hands-on training, and other enablement programs.
  • Build program governance, KPIs, dashboards, and scalable learning content to track effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Services to align messaging, capabilities, and customer outcomes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a global enablement team of 4-6 professionals.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in GTM enablement, partner enablement, or sales effectiveness within enterprise SaaS or AI-driven technology companies.
  • Proven track record of building scalable, global enablement programs tied to measurable business impact.
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience building partner certification and implementation readiness programs.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and operational skills.
  • Experience with learning platforms, certification frameworks, and enablement technologies.
  • Experience aligning enablement with product strategy and real-world customer implementations.
  • Experience leading and developing a global team across multiple disciplines.
