Description

  • Execute day-to-day work across paid media, email marketing, and other growth channels, including launching creative variations and updating targeting.
  • Coordinate with product, engineering, finance, and other teams to track dependencies, follow up on tasks, and keep projects moving.
  • Pull data from multiple sources to maintain up-to-date dashboards and reports.
  • Document experiments, results, and learnings to preserve institutional knowledge and support rapid testing.
  • Support marketing operations, including email execution, influencer and creator partnerships, organic social efforts, and leadership presentations.
  • Build expertise across paid advertising, email marketing, conversion optimization, and analytics.
  • Help increase qualified traffic, improve visitor-to-free-trial conversion, and drive free-to-paid conversions.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related coordination role; internships count.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with the ability to build reports, manipulate data, and use formulas confidently.
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, or with email marketing tools.
  • Exceptionally organized with meticulous systems for managing multiple campaigns, platforms, and projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Resourceful problem solver who takes ownership and finds alternative paths when facing blockers.
  • Clear communicator who writes concisely, keeps stakeholders informed, and knows when to escalate.
  • Self-directed learner who proactively develops skills through courses, tutorials, and experimentation.
  • Bonus experience with video editing, design tools such as Canva or Figma, basic HTML, email templates, or Webflow/WordPress.
  • Background check required as part of the pre-employment process.
