Description

  • Own the engineering strategy, execution, and operating cadence across K-Social, Growth, and Customer Hub.
  • Lead the engineering evolution of K-Social, turning social engagement into enriched customer profile data and enabling related product capabilities.
  • Drive the Growth portfolio across onboarding, free-to-paid activation, and cross-sell to improve conversion and time-to-value.
  • Shape Customer Hub into a personalized onsite experience that supports signed-in shopping, proactive support, recommendations, offers, and self-service account management.
  • Build and sustain a high-velocity experimentation culture with strong instrumentation, frameworks, and decision-making rigor.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Data, Marketing, Support, and engineering leaders to turn ambiguous opportunities into shipped outcomes.
  • Raise the bar on frontend quality, product polish, performance, and reliability across customer-facing surfaces.
  • Balance near-term delivery with longer-term investments in experimentation infrastructure, identity/profile foundations, personalization capabilities, and product architecture.
  • Define and operate against a portfolio scorecard with metrics tied to profile capture, activation, conversion, experiment velocity, cross-sell, engagement, self-service completion, and adoption.
  • Coach managers and senior engineers, clarify ownership, and build an inclusive leadership bench across the org.
  • Bring an AI-first mindset to product and organizational decisions, including experimenting with AI tools to improve personalization, experimentation, support, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience leading multiple product engineering teams in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing managers and senior engineers and scaling impact through clear expectations and strong operating systems.
  • Meaningful product-led growth experience, including ownership of onboarding, activation, conversion, monetization, cross-sell, or similar growth motions.
  • Experience building or scaling experimentation practices using formal platforms or lightweight frameworks.
  • A product-minded engineering leadership style that connects technical decisions to customer value, adoption, and revenue impact.
  • Strong product sense and experience leading customer-facing application teams where UX quality, time-to-value, and iteration speed matter.
  • Frontend fluency to lead teams building interactive, personalized customer experiences with attention to polish, usability, and performance.
  • Highly data-driven operating style with the ability to define metrics, identify funnel friction, evaluate tradeoffs, and course-correct quickly.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Design, Data, GTM, and Support partners.
  • Ability to move with urgency and judgment, make hard tradeoffs, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Experience experimenting with AI in work or personal projects and a strong interest in learning and applying AI tools responsibly.
  • Practical point of view on where AI improves customer-facing products and engineering workflows while balancing speed with privacy, safety, and human judgment.
  • Preferred experience in martech, ecommerce, personalization, customer data, identity, or profile-linked products.
  • Preferred experience integrating with social platforms or building on external ecosystem APIs.
  • Preferred experience with signed-in customer experiences, self-service support flows, merchandising, or account-management surfaces.
  • Preferred experience spanning both zero-to-one product areas and scaled product portfolios.
  • Preferred familiarity with experimentation platforms, growth analytics, or personalization systems at scale.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $244,000 to $366,000 USD.
  • Participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
