Description

  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable platforms for AI, LLM, RAG, and agentic applications.
  • Create reusable architectures, infrastructure patterns, deployment templates, integrations, and engineering standards.
  • Build secure integrations with Anthropic APIs, Claude models, enterprise data, APIs, ServiceNow, and approved tools.
  • Establish CI/CD, LLMOps, MLOps, versioning, testing, evaluation, release, monitoring, and rollback practices.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, containers, Kubernetes, serverless services, identity, secrets, and security controls.
  • Develop data ingestion, indexing, retrieval, vector search, and RAG pipelines for structured and unstructured enterprise data.
  • Implement AI observability, tracing, safeguards, governance, auditability, and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Support production operations through incident response, troubleshooting, capacity planning, reliability improvements, and cost optimization.
  • Provide technical guidance, documentation, playbooks, architecture reviews, customer workshops, and reusable platform components.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, software engineering, data engineering, systems integration, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, automated testing, infrastructure as code, and production releases.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless services, or comparable cloud-native technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations, authentication, authorization, and observability practices.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM applications, generative AI, RAG, AI workflow automation, or related technologies.
  • Knowledge of prompt and context engineering, embeddings, vector search, structured outputs, tool use, evaluations, and model monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, identity and access management, secrets management, network security, and secure development.
  • Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, data warehouses, object storage, search platforms, or vector databases.
  • Experience with Claude, the Anthropic API, MCP, LLM frameworks, AI evaluation, guardrails, or AI observability tools is preferred.
  • ServiceNow, MLOps, data engineering, Kubernetes operations, FinOps, consulting, or client-facing delivery experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, data science, or a related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
  • Relevant cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps, security, data, ServiceNow, AI/ML, or Anthropic certifications are a plus.
