Description

Design, deploy, and maintain scalable platforms for enterprise AI, LLM, RAG, and agentic applications.
Create reusable architectures, infrastructure patterns, deployment templates, integrations, and engineering standards.
Build secure integrations with Anthropic APIs, Claude models, enterprise data, APIs, ServiceNow, and authorized tools.
Establish CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, LLMOps, MLOps, testing, evaluation, monitoring, and release-management practices.
Operate production AI services, including incident response, troubleshooting, capacity planning, performance optimization, and cost management.
Develop secure data ingestion, indexing, retrieval, vector search, and RAG pipelines.
Implement identity, access control, privacy, security, governance, observability, auditability, and human-in-the-loop safeguards.
Build APIs, middleware, event-driven integrations, and workflow automation connecting AI platforms with enterprise systems.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, ServiceNow teams, and clients on technical designs and delivery.
Document reusable components, playbooks, runbooks, reference architectures, and platform capabilities.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in platform engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, software engineering, data engineering, systems integration, or related roles.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
Strong experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, automated testing, infrastructure as code, and production releases.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless services, or comparable cloud-native technologies.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, Bash, or similar languages.
Experience designing REST APIs, enterprise integrations, authentication, and authorization patterns.
Hands-on experience with LLM applications, generative AI, RAG, AI/ML platforms, or AI workflow automation.
Familiarity with prompt and context engineering, embeddings, vector search, structured outputs, tool use, evaluations, and model monitoring.
Experience with observability, logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, incident management, cloud security, IAM, and secrets management.
Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, data warehouses, object storage, search platforms, or vector databases.
Experience with Claude, Anthropic APIs, MCP, LLM frameworks, evaluation and guardrail platforms, MLOps tools, or AI gateways is preferred.
ServiceNow, consulting, professional services, enterprise architecture, or client-facing delivery experience is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience; relevant certifications are a plus.
Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills, with willingness to travel based on client and business needs.
