Description

Design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable platforms for AI, LLM, RAG, and agentic applications.
Create reusable cloud architectures, infrastructure patterns, deployment templates, integrations, and engineering standards.
Build secure integrations with Anthropic APIs, Claude models, enterprise data, APIs, ServiceNow, and authorized tools.
Establish CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, LLMOps, MLOps, evaluation, release, monitoring, and rollback practices.
Operate production AI services, including incident response, troubleshooting, capacity planning, and service-level monitoring.
Develop data ingestion, indexing, retrieval, vector search, RAG, and enterprise data-access capabilities.
Implement security, privacy, governance, observability, auditability, and human-in-the-loop controls.
Design cloud-native infrastructure using containers, Kubernetes, serverless services, APIs, and event-driven integrations.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, ServiceNow teams, product teams, and clients to deliver reusable platform capabilities.
Contribute to technical documentation, playbooks, reference architectures, accelerators, workshops, and architecture reviews.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in platform engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, software engineering, data engineering, systems integration, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
Strong experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, automated testing, infrastructure as code, and production releases.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless services, or comparable cloud-native technologies.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, Bash, or similar languages.
Experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations, authentication, authorization, and secure software development.
Experience with LLM applications, generative AI, RAG, workflow automation, embeddings, vector search, tool use, evaluations, and model monitoring.
Strong knowledge of cloud security, identity and access management, secrets management, network security, observability, and incident management.
Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, data warehouses, object storage, search platforms, or vector databases.
Hands-on experience with Claude, Anthropic API, MCP, LLM frameworks, MLOps platforms, AI observability tools, ServiceNow, or enterprise delivery environments is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, data science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience; relevant certifications are a plus.
Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, collaboration, and customer-facing skills.
