Description

  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable platforms for enterprise AI, LLM, RAG, and agentic applications.
  • Create reusable cloud architectures, infrastructure patterns, deployment templates, integrations, and engineering standards.
  • Build secure integrations with Anthropic APIs, Claude models, enterprise data, APIs, ServiceNow, and approved tools.
  • Establish CI/CD, LLMOps, MLOps, testing, evaluation, versioning, release, monitoring, and rollback practices.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, containers, Kubernetes, serverless services, identity, access, and security controls.
  • Develop data ingestion, indexing, retrieval, vector search, RAG, and enterprise data-access capabilities.
  • Implement AI observability, tracing, safeguards, governance, auditability, human approvals, and responsible AI controls.
  • Operate production AI services, including incident response, troubleshooting, capacity planning, performance optimization, and cost management.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, ServiceNow teams, product teams, security stakeholders, and clients to deliver reusable platform capabilities.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, playbooks, reference architectures, accelerators, workshops, and customer engagements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, software engineering, data engineering, systems integration, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, automated testing, infrastructure as code, and production releases.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless services, or comparable cloud-native technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations, authentication, authorization, observability, incident management, and cloud security.
  • Experience with LLM applications, generative AI, RAG, prompt and context engineering, embeddings, vector search, structured outputs, tool use, evaluations, or model monitoring.
  • Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, data warehouses, object storage, search platforms, or vector databases.
  • Hands-on experience with Claude, the Anthropic API, MCP, LLM frameworks, AI gateways, or LLM evaluation and observability tools is preferred.
  • Experience with MLOps, data engineering, Kubernetes operations, ServiceNow, enterprise consulting, or client-facing technical delivery is preferred; a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is also preferred.
