Description

  • Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and support ServiceNow capabilities using native features and low-code automation.
  • Improve workflows for incident, problem, change, request, service catalog, knowledge, approvals, service levels, notifications, and operational tasks.
  • Build and maintain CMDB and CSDM structures, relationships, service models, ownership, lifecycle controls, reconciliation, and data quality.
  • Configure and support ITOM capabilities, including Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Servers, Event Management, infrastructure visibility, and service health.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using Integration Hub, APIs, middleware, event sources, and standard integration patterns.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, data center operations, security, service desk, process owners, and business stakeholders to deliver maintainable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, participate in peer reviews, support testing and releases, maintain documentation and reporting, and reduce technical debt.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent technical education and experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in configuration, development, integration, administration, implementation, or production support.
  • 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITSM experience across incident, problem, change, request, service catalog, knowledge, approvals, service levels, and related workflows.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, access controls, JavaScript, Integration Hub, and APIs.
  • Hands-on CMDB and CSDM experience, plus working knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Servers, or other ITOM capabilities.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot complex issues, estimate effort, document solutions, participate in peer reviews, and communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred).
  • Experience in data center, managed services, cloud, telecommunications, hosting, colocation, or other high-availability operations environments (preferred).
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring, asset, identity, security, network, financial, or operational platforms (preferred).
  • U.S. work authorization and residence in a state where Flexential is authorized to employ; applicants must reside outside the listed ineligible states.

  • Base salary of approximately $105,000–$120,000, depending on experience, location, and qualifications.
