Description

  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable platforms for enterprise AI, LLM, RAG, and agentic applications.
  • Create reusable reference architectures, infrastructure patterns, deployment templates, integrations, and engineering standards.
  • Build secure integrations with Anthropic APIs, Claude models, enterprise data, APIs, ServiceNow, and authorized tools.
  • Establish CI/CD, LLMOps, MLOps, evaluation, versioning, monitoring, release, rollback, and lifecycle-management practices.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, containers, Kubernetes, serverless services, identity controls, and secure delivery workflows.
  • Develop data-ingestion, indexing, retrieval, vector-search, and RAG platform capabilities across structured and unstructured data.
  • Implement AI safeguards, observability, tracing, output validation, access controls, human approvals, auditability, and governance controls.
  • Support production operations through incident response, troubleshooting, capacity planning, performance optimization, and cost management.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, ServiceNow teams, security stakeholders, and clients to convert requirements into reusable platform capabilities.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, playbooks, runbooks, architecture reviews, customer workshops, and AI platform accelerators.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, software engineering, data engineering, systems integration, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, automated testing, infrastructure as code, and production releases.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless services, or comparable cloud-native technologies.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations, authentication, authorization, observability, and incident management.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM applications, generative AI, RAG, AI workflow automation, embeddings, vector search, structured outputs, tool use, evaluations, or model monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud security, IAM, secrets management, network security, and secure software development.
  • Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, data warehouses, object storage, search platforms, or vector databases.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, collaboration, and customer-facing skills.
  • Experience with Claude, the Anthropic API, MCP, LLM frameworks, AI evaluation, guardrails, or AI observability platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with MLOps, data engineering, Terraform or comparable tooling, Kubernetes operations, ServiceNow, enterprise delivery, or FinOps is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, data science, or a related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
  • Relevant cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps, security, data, ServiceNow, AI/ML, or Anthropic certifications are preferred.
